Cancellation Policy

  • 24-hour notice is required for any lesson cancellation or rescheduling.
  • Each student is allowed one 24-hour cancellation per calendar month. A canceled lesson must be rescheduled as to not affect number of lessons completed for specific pricing or a prorated charge may apply.

Pricing Qualification Policy

Discounted pricing is based on consistent monthly attendance.

  • Weekly Rate: Requires 3–4 completed lessons per calendar month.
  • Bi-Weekly Rate: Requires 2 completed lessons per calendar month.
  • Bi-Weekly Schedules will be charged the Hourly rate of $130/hr on the first lesson of the month, and credited $20 to the second lesson booked in the month($90). This ensures fair use of discounted pricing.
  • For Weekly Schedules, if by the 4th week of the month a minimum of three Lessons are not completed, the remaining balance owed $20 will be charged (equating to the bi weekly discounted price). Or a charge of $30 if only one was completed (equating to one monthly hourly lesson price).

If the required number of lessons is not completed within the calendar month, lessons may be charged at the higher applicable rate.

Scheduling Policy

  • Bi-Weekly Lesson CAN’T be saved as a biweekly spot. You will have to reach out Sundays to see if any spots are open that week. Which in result might leave you having to pay the one individual price if two lessons aren’t booked that month.
  • Weekly rate students who miss more than two consecutive weeks of their regular saved slot, run the risk of having their time slots offered up to someone else.
  • Please be on time! Should you arrive later than your scheduled lesson starting time, the lesson will still end at the original ending time.
  • Lessons are to be paid in advance.
  • Payments are non-refundable.
  • As the instructor, I reserve the right to discontinue our working relationship at any time for any reason. (Should this occur, money for lessons not yet received will be refunded.)
  • For students aged 13+, lessons may be no shorter than 60 minutes (55 actual class min).
  • Acceptable forms of payment include Cash, Zelle and Venmo. Credit cards are not accepted.

Lessons are scheduled in advance to maintain consistent time slots for each student. Maintaining your scheduled lesson time helps ensure availability and steady progress.
